SynGen GTL (Gas-to-Liquids)

The GTL System design is generally intended for use with any source of gas with high concentration of methane, such as associated gas from oil wells, stranded gas wells, biomass, biogas and waste gas streams. these two units provide process performance that is superior to other GTL technologies in that ambient air (without oxygen enrichment) is utilized while yielding larger quantities of high quality products in the form of liquid and wax.

Gas-to-Liquids involves the catalyst enabled conversion of methane to long chain hydrocarbons. Solidea’s technology products includes two proprietary components: both a small, exothermic SynGen Reactor to convert methane to clean synthesis gas (using low temperature plasma and proprietary catalysts) AND a small GTL Generator for converting the resulting synthesis gas to liquid fuels and synthetic wax.

mPower (formerly Solidea’s) technology not only offers superior process performance it is also very compact (less than and scaleable making it suitable for a packaged mobile system (eg with an envisioned P-300 has capacity of 300 Nm3/h natural gas unit fit into a 40-foot container).

We are looking for regional and line of business Licensees who can locally package and assemble these innovative systems. The assembled systems will comply with Licensor's Design Basis to incorporate Licensor's proprietary technology components with locally available equipment to meet national standards and codes. Licensee shall then market the assembled systems into the local market to provide profitable installations to its customers.
